JIET offers the front end technologies in the field of Computer science through an elaborate setup of
laboratories consisting of the following:

DEPARTMENT LABORATORIES

GENERAL PURPOSE AND HARDWARE LAB
This General Purpose Lab and Departmental Library is equipped with Core-2-Duo based machines. In General Purpose Lab students and faculty members regularly receive updates in hardware and software through frequent guest lectures and presentations.

ADVANCE TECHNOLOGY LAB
Advance technology Lab is equipped with 29 Core-2-Duo based machines. It provides all the facilities related to mobile computing practically. The Lab is equipped with licensed software of C, C++, JAVA, Oracle and Prolog.

PROGRAMMING LAB.
Programming Lab is equipped with latest Core-2-Duo based machines. It provides all the facility to the students related to their software development programming.This Lab is also equipped with licensed software of C, C++, JAVA, Oracle and Prolog, Perl and Visual Studio.

PROJECT LAB
Project Lab is equipped with Core-2-Duo based machines. It provides all the facility to the students related to their minor and major projects study. This Lab is also equipped with licensed software of C, C++, JAVA, Oracle and Prolog, Perl and Visual Studio. It has facilities for implementing various B.Tech projects.

LINUX & SYSTEM PROGRAMMING LAB
This Laboratory serves for practical courses in Linux & System Programming. This lab is equipped with 27 Core-2-Duo processor machines, 1 Xeon Server. All the experiments prescribed in & beyond the curriculum are performed.

NETWORK PROGRAMMING LAB
Networking Laboratory serves for Practical courses in Server Side Programming,Java & JSP. This Lab is used for performing the practical courses in Algorithms and Computer Networks. This lab is being equipped Pentium III based machines.
